His illustrious career has included pivotal roles such as Lead Engineer for a plastic-to-fuel conversion facility in Teeside, Technical Manager overseeing the construction of a Shipyard built on reclaimed land off the shores of Qatar, and Design Engineer for a Sequential Batch Reactor Plant in Wellington Dock for United Utilites. Por's versatility extends to building structural designs, with recent projects including schools in Blackburn and library refurbishments in Barnet.

His extensive experience and honed practical skills make Por an invaluable asset to the team, particularly in navigating the complexities of structural and civil aspects of projects. Now at AJP, Por lends his talent for pragmatic design to the Leisure and Commercial sector, leading the design team for the redevelopment of Bury and Radcliffe town centres.
