John embarked on his journey at AJP in 2015 as a Civil Engineer, swiftly advancing to Senior Civil Engineer in 2017 and more recently into the position of Associate.

With over 17 years of design expertise, John has played a pivotal role in diverse projects encompassing student accommodation, leisure & commercial developments, residential developments, ExtraCare homes, and NHS projects. His portfolio ranges from large-scale hospital and residential developments to inner-city sites, where he adeptly tackles multifaceted design challenges, particularly in flood risk and drainage management.

Over recent years, John has spearheaded the delivery of Civil aspects of projects, showcasing proactive problem-solving skills and adept team management to ensure goal achievement and timely project completion.

Proficient in software packages such as MicroDrainage, Infodrainage, and AutoCAD, John excels in Civil Engineering practices. Motivated and approachable, he consistently delivers results, meeting client requirements in a cost-effective and timely manner.
