Fran has quickly acclimated to her role at AJP as a Graduate Structural Engineer, bringing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the team. Since joining in 2021 after completing her integrated Masters in Civil Engineering, her focus primarily lies residential and commercial developments, showcasing her proficiency in various modelling software, including Tekla Structural Designer to model various sized steel frames as well as other software focusing on calculations.

With a proactive work ethic and a commitment to excellence, Fran ensures that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within designated timelines, aligning closely with client needs and project deadlines. Her adeptness in using relevant software allows her to design model buildings across a spectrum of projects, from hospitals to residential developments. Fran also has experience in flood alleviation schemes, completing a placement as a site engineer while at university.

Fran's approachable and friendly demeanour makes her a valuable asset in team collaboration and communication. She effortlessly interacts with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and swift project execution.
